Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 20, 2026

1. About these terms

This website is operated by M & M Resources Pty Ltd, trading as Care Cube. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity.

These Terms and Conditions explain the use of our website, its content and our online enquiry and referral features. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

The delivery of individual supports is governed by your service agreement or other agreed service arrangements, together with applicable law. These website terms do not replace or change those arrangements.

2. Website information

Our website provides general information about Care Cube, our services and disability support topics.

We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and current. Please contact us to confirm details relevant to your circumstances, including service availability, locations and costs.

General website content does not replace an individual assessment or personalised advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Enquiries and referrals

Submitting an enquiry, referral or request through our website does not, by itself, confirm a booking or establish a service agreement.

We will discuss your requirements and confirm whether we can provide suitable support, including availability and agreed payment arrangements.

Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you submit information about someone else, you must have their consent or another lawful authority to do so. Only provide information relevant to the enquiry or referral.

4. Service arrangements and fees

Before services begin, we will explain and document the agreed supports, costs and key arrangements in a service agreement or other appropriate written confirmation.

This should cover the services to be provided, their frequency, relevant charges, payment arrangements and how changes will be handled. You can ask questions, request an accessible explanation and seek help reviewing the arrangements before agreeing. (NDIS)

For NDIS-funded supports, charges and claims must meet the NDIS requirements and any price limits that apply.

The NDIA determines NDIS eligibility and funding. A service appearing on our website does not mean it is funded under every participant’s plan. (ACCC)

5. Cancellations and changes to support

If you need to change or cancel a scheduled support, please contact us as soon as possible.

Notice requirements and any applicable cancellation fees will be explained in your service agreement. A cancellation fee will only be charged where it has been agreed and is permitted by applicable NDIS requirements and law. (NDIS)

If we need to change or cancel a support, we will communicate with you about the arrangements, available alternatives and any billing adjustments required under your agreement and the law.

These terms do not limit any legal right to cancel a service, receive a refund or obtain another remedy.

6. Your consumer rights

You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws. These include consumer guarantees relating to services being provided with due care and skill, being fit for an agreed purpose and being supplied within a reasonable time where no timeframe has been agreed.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund, cancellation or compensation, depending on the circumstances. Care Cube remains responsible for its legal obligations. (ACCC)

7. Using our website and content

Please use our website lawfully and respect the rights and privacy of others.

You must not:

  • Attempt to access systems or information without authorisation.

  • Introduce malicious software or deliberately disrupt the website.

  • Impersonate another person or submit information you know is false.

  • Use our forms to send unlawful, threatening or abusive material.

Unless stated otherwise, website content is owned by Care Cube or used with permission from its owners.

You may view, download or print content for personal, non-commercial use. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names, logos and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, hold and disclose personal information, including information submitted through website forms.

Please avoid including detailed medical or other sensitive information in a general enquiry form. Contact us to discuss an appropriate way to provide it.

Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, give consent to receive promotional communications.

9. Links to other websites

Our website may include links to external resources for convenience and information.

External organisations manage their own websites, services and privacy practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies when using them. A link does not imply endorsement unless we expressly say otherwise.

10. Website availability and updates

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or other interruptions. You can contact us by phone or email if you cannot use an online feature.

We may update website content and these terms as our services, website or legal requirements change. The current version will display its update date. Changes to these website terms apply prospectively and do not alter existing service agreements.

Any change to agreed services, fees or other service conditions must follow the applicable agreement and legal requirements.

11. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Victoria and applicable Commonwealth laws.

This does not limit any mandatory rights or protections available to you, or your right to approach a court, tribunal, regulator or complaints body that has jurisdiction.

12. Questions and complaints

If you have questions about these terms, our website or your services, please contact us.

You can ask for these terms to be explained or provided in an accessible format, and involve an advocate or another person you trust.

We welcome feedback and complaints. Raising a concern does not remove your legal rights or your right to seek independent assistance.

Concerns about the quality or safety of NDIS supports can also be raised with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. You do not have to complete our internal complaints process before contacting the Commission. (NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission)
