Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Support to help you live as independently as possible in your home.
SIL provides assistance or supervision with everyday activities for participants who require significant support throughout the day and overnight.

SIL support may include:

  • Medication assistance

  • Mobility and transfers

  • Overnight support and supervision

  • Developing confidence and independence

SIL funds disability-related support. Rent, groceries and other everyday expenses are separate.
